Export Sales Executive – Balkan Region

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Key Responsibilities

·      Drive sales growth and increase market penetration in the Balkan region.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

·      Manage daily communications with partners for order monitoring, issue resolution, and after-sales support.

·      Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the export development plan.

·      Coordinate the end-to-end export sales process, including order tracking and logistics monitoring.

·      Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Candidate Profile

·      Bachelor's degree in
Food Technology
,
Business Administration
, or a related field.

·      
3–5 years of experience
in export or domestic sales, preferably within the
food industry
.

·      Fluency in
Greek and English
(written and spoken).

·      Proficiency in
MS Office
,
ERP systems
, and digital business tools.

·      Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Balkan region.

·      Prior experience in the
bakery or pastry
sector will be considered a strong advantage.
