About the Job

We are seeking a skilled
Technical Project Manager
to join our team, based in Athens. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for analyzing, planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget completion. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Web Developers, Web Designers, and Account Managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities


• Conducting requirements analysis for e-commerce and business website projects


• Developing the Project Plan, identifying tasks, milestones, timelines, and dependences that constitute the phases of the project


• Communicating effectively to gather all necessary requirements and data form clients and partners


• Working closely with the Web Designers, Web Developers and Account Managers teams


• Coordinating and monitoring the execution of each project by all team members, both internal and external


• Managing changes to project scope and schedule, additional tasks, and costs in collaboration with the Web Developers and Account Managers teams


• Testing implementations, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality assurance of the project


• Coordinating the client testing (UAT) and the launch of each project


• Supporting the clients during the post-launch phase of each project


• Managing excellent relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications


• Degree in Management Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


• 2+ years of proven experience working in Technical Project Management, Account Management, or Technical Support in a digital business agency, or in another IT role involving customer interaction


• Good knowledge of project management software tools, such as Wrike, Monday, Trello, etc.


• Good knowledge of CMS platforms, such as OpenCart, WordPress, Magento


• Understanding of web design techniques and web development technologies
