About the Role

The role focuses on coordination and communication support for the Swedish market, acting as a bridge between local stakeholders and the central digital signage support team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate incidents and requests related to the Swedish market
  • Communicate with local sales representatives and on-site teams in Swedish
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager and central support teams
  • Ensure proper ticket creation, tracking, and follow-up (not hands-on technical support)
Requirements
  • Fluent Swedish (spoken & written)
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in coordination, service support, or operational roles
  • Technical affinity (digital signage / IT support is a plus, not a must)

This is a coordination & support role, not a field technician position.
