We're looking for a
Software Support Engineer
to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot IT systems and applications, and help set up and maintain customer environments. Bring your
Linux, SQL, and web technology skills

Business Activities:

  • Cloud-based Ticketing Systems.
  • Smart Cities Solutions.
  • Passenger Information Systems.
  • Automated Payment Systems and self-service kiosks.
  • On-street and Off-street smart parking system.

Your Role:

  • Customer support remotely and onsite.
  • Understanding of customer's business needs.
  • First setup of customers environment and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
  • Work with development and operations teams to implement process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Support incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Stand by support.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Linux OS.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of web technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTPS/SSL, SMTP, DNS etc.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel abroad.
  • Fulfilled military obligations.

Soft Skills:

  • Experience with Git.
  • Experience working within Agile/SCRUM teams.
  • Basic software programming capabilities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
