Περιγραφή Ρόλου

Η θέση αφορά :

  • Πενθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες (εύρος
  • 2 Σαββατοκύριακα/μήνα (με αντίστοιχα ρεπό)
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε νυχτερινή βάρδια (23:00-07:00), μόνο κατόπιν συνεννόησης

Καθήκοντα:

  • Παροχή τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών με επαγγελματισμό και ευγένεια
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παροχή λύσεων σε θέματα τραπεζικών προϊόντων (κάρτες, e-banking, λογαριασμοί, δάνεια)
  • Καταχώρηση αιτημάτων στο σύστημα και παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξής τους
  • Εξασφάλιση θετικής εμπειρίας πελάτη σε κάθε επικοινωνία

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης Σαββατοκύριακα μέσα στον μήνα
  • Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο - επιθυμητή
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών και ομαδικό πνεύμα
