Danish Customer Support for Domestic Appliance Company

One of the most well - known Domestic Appliance company worldwide is looking for Danish speakers to support their customers inquiries
If you speak Danish fluently and you have excellent communication skills, we are waiting for your cv
Duties are:
- Act as the first point of contact for all the Danish speaking clients
- Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats
- Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
- Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues
The role of the Danish Customer Support requires:
- Native level of Danish
- Advanced level of English
- Great communication skills
- Teamwork player
- Tech savviness
- Relocation to Athens
- EU Passport
What you will receive if you succeed as a Danish Customer Support:
- Excellent monthly salary ( 1300euros) - 14 salaries per year
- Contract: unlimited
- Operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 – 19:00
- Performance bonus: 10% (130euros)
- Health Package
- 5 euros per working day for supermarket, restaurants, food delivery & gas
