You will support customers through Danish communication channels, provide timely solutions, guide users through processes, and deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards. Whether you choose on-site or remote work within Greece, youll be part of a multicultural, collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries in Danish
Provide accurate, friendly, solution-oriented assistance
Log customer interactions into CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
Fluent Danish (C1/C2)
Good English communication (B1+)
EU passport / valid work permit or refugee protection
Customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation fully supported)
