Application & Data Support Assistant.

What you will do:

We are seeking a technically minded individual eager to grow into a versatile role supporting corporate applications and data systems.

The role involves activities related to ERP/WMS systems, SQL databases, Power BI reporting, and data consistency checks and integrations between systems (e.g. ERP, WMS, Jira).

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT & BI Manager, assisting in daily operations, implementations, and system improvement projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and perform basic configurations in corporate applications
    (ERP, WMS, Jira).
  • Write and adapt SQL queries/views for reporting and data validation.
  • Maintain and update Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor data flows and system interfaces between platforms.
  • Validate data consistency and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Participate in testing new implementations and document findings.
  • Document data flows, processes, and system changes.
  • Collaborate with business departments to understand reporting and process needs.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of
    SQL (MS SQL Server preferred).
  • Basic familiarity with
    ERP or WMS environments.
  • Experience with
    Power BI
    or similar reporting tool.
  • Understanding of database structures and table relationships.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Degree in Computer Science
    or related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with
    Power Automate
    or Excel automation.
  • Understanding of data integrations (
    APIs,
    imports/exports, scheduled jobs).
  • Experience with reporting or dashboard development.
  • Exposure to
    logistics
    or
    manufacturing
    environments.
