We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project documentation such as proposals, amendments, Terms & Conditions, and related deliverables.
  • Draft, structure, and finalize documents for new insurance products under development.
  • Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) outlining specifications for new insurance products.
  • Create comprehensive Business Design Reports (BDRs) to guide development and implementation teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in workshops and discussions to refine business requirements and support the successful delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, MBA or related field.
  • Experience in a relevant position in the insurance sector.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance products (life, health, property, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of policy structures, coverages, exclusions, and additional benefits.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations, compliance rules, and documentation standards.
  • Experience in preparing policy documentation and regulatory submissions.
  • Knowledge of the insurance product lifecycle and documentation governance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
