Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Russian speaker Account Manager, located in Athens. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and acting as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, resolving issues, analyzing account performance, developing strategies to improve client satisfaction, and ensuring successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Russian and English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in account management, customer service, or sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of subscription management and revenue lifecycle is a plus
