We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
with a passion for data, growth, and innovation in
digital advertising
. This role requires both an analytical mindset and the ability to think
strategically
about growth and long-term performance goals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and eager to experiment with
AI tools and A/B testing frameworks
to drive performance at scale.

The Job is Remote.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
• Develop and execute SEM strategies including smart bidding, keyword optimization, and
  A/B testing
  .
• Provide strategic input in planning and executing performance marketing roadmaps aligned
• Leverage data analysis and AI-driven insights to identify new opportunities and maximize ROI.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve creative testing, automation, and audience segmentation.
• Build audience frameworks with tailored messaging, copy, and creatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, performance marketing best practices, and AI applications.
• Manage client relationships and communicate results with clarity and impact.
• Collaborate closely with the
  SEO department
  to ensure holistic visibility and with the
  Creative department
  to deliver high-performing campaign assets.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications/Experience:

• Very good educational background, preferably in Marketing & Communication, Digital Marketing, PR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Digital Analytics tools
  ,
  Google Tag Manager
  , and conversion tracking.
• Ability to identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Strong organizational skills — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of accounts.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, strong team player.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
• Presenting case studies from previous work will be considered a strong plus.
