IT and Network Technician

We're Hiring: IT Support Technician (On-site – Agios Dimitrios)

ITmaniac, a growing IT services company based in Agios Dimitrios, is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to join our team and support our corporate clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT equipment at client sites
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Supporting users with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and performing regular backups
• Keeping systems running smoothly with proactive maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field (AEI/TEI)
• Solid knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, and networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Servers and Office 365
• Understanding of system backups, restores, and upgrades
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with attention to detail and good time management
• Good English skills
• A valid driver's license (required)
