Group Financial Statements Reporting Manager

We are seeking  highly motivated and detail-oriented Group Financial Statements Reporting Manager to join our team in Attika, Greece.

As a Group Financial Statements Reporting Manager, you will lead collaboration with domestic and international subsidiaries and external auditors, ensuring full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable local GAAP requirements.

• Prepare, in cooperation with the Group's auditors, standardized templates to be completed by Group subsidiaries for the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate the quarterly preparation of consolidated Group financial statements.
• Collect and consolidate financial data from all Group subsidiaries (both domestic and international).
• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Greek GAAP.
• Lead the annual financial closing process and implement a control framework by account category.
• Monitor the submission schedule and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and support a smooth and timely audit process.
• Stay up to date with accounting and tax regulations, recommending necessary updates and adjustments.
• Support the Group Budgeting & Reporting Manager and Group CFO in coordinating and preparing monthly management accounts, conducting financial analyses, and delivering ad hoc reports across the Group.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Greek GAAP.
• ACCA qualification or equivalents are considered a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time management with the capability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate group or audit firm of equivalent stature.
