Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with all Group's subsidiaries and acts as PMO for the initiation of ESG data monitoring in subsidiaries and all reporting-related processes, such as double materiality analysis
- Collaborates with other relevant departments of the Sustainable Development Department (where required) and supports on several issues of the Group's subsidiaries
- Participates in the development of sustainability reports, based on the Group's applicable standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitors and analyses evolving regulations, laws and frameworks related to ESG at national, European and international level
- Provides regular updates and guidance on developments, such as the European Taxonomy, the National Climate Law, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other relevant directives and standards
- Supports internal stakeholders with presentations and information on regulatory requirements and all reporting frameworks
- Participates in external forums and working groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute
- Master's degree in the field of Environment or Sustainable Development or Supply Chain Management or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Sustainable Development projects and/or initiatives (with focus on drafting and processing sustainability reports and analyzing ESG data)
- At least one (1) year of experience in the Sustainable Development or Corporate Social Responsibility or Environmental Management sectors in large or multinational companies with mature processes and structures
- Certification in Project Management will be considered an additional qualification
- Certification in Sustainable Development or Sustainability issues will be considered an additional qualification
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
- Availability for urgent geographical relocations
