As part of this journey, and due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a
Manager / Senior Manager
to join our
People Services Advisory
team.

In this role, you will have a key impact in helping organizations transform the employee experience. You will support clients in identifying emerging workforce needs, designing future-ready HR operating models, and implementing AI-enabled and integrated digital HR solutions.

Requirements:

• Organize and manage the implementation of multiple diversified and challenging projects, related to workforce digitalization.
• Consistently interact and cooperate with IT/digital solutions' advisory teams' in identifying opportunities, designing and delivering solutions & services.
• Manage a team of advisors, provide coaching and support, while organizing workload in order to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, following internal quality and risk management processes and procedures.
• Effectively establish, deepen, and sustain successful relationships with existing and potential clients by engaging actively in business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree preferably at postgraduate level on Engineering, Business Administration, HR management or related fields.
• A minimum of 7-year professional experience, ideally in consulting, especially in the areas of IT solutions, HR process digitalization, integrated HR management.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and writing skills in both Greek and English.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking and computer literacy.
• Strong client orientation, team building and project management skills. Well-developed business acumen.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, achievement drive and tenacity.
