EUROTRAINING, a leading educational organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT member to lead the management and continuous improvement of our technological infrastructure. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the efficiency and strategic alignment of all IT systems with the organization's goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that support and align with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Oversee the management, configuration, and daily support of applications and systems to optimize efficiency and automate business processes.
  • Implement and monitor security policies to safeguard systems and data, and manage digital risks in collabortation with the Head of IT department.
  • Lead, manage and coordinate the IT team, ensuring high performance and team developement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT role.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure management is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of web developement.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
