**We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales operations.

Strategic Role
The
Sales Manager**
will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving growth targets, and developing a strong partner network. This role involves managing local sales teams, creating strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Build Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing partners.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to the Partner Sales Director regarding the team's performance.

Requirements
Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in sales management or leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in team leadership and partner relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
