Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanrufe und Gewährleistung einer raschen und korrekten Lösung des Anliegens
  • Bereitstellung genauer Informationen und Beratung für Kunden zu verschiedenen Telekommunikationsprodukten und -Dienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Behebung technischer Probleme mit ihren Geräten und ihrer Konnektivität
  • Effiziente Bearbeitung und Lösung von Kundenbeschwerden auf professionelle und zeitnahe Weise
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um eine effiziente Kommunikation und Lösung von Kundenproblemen zu gewährleisten
  • Befolgen Sie die Unternehmensrichtlinien und -Verfahren, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und den Ruf des Unternehmens für hervorragenden Service zu wahren.

Voraussetzungen

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen
  • ausgeprägter Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Vertriebsgeschick
  • sehr gute Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit sowie Spaß am telefonieren
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Multi-Tasking Fähigkeiten
