Billing Assistant
to join our high-performance
Accounting team
. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate client invoicing and providing financial reporting to our legal executives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Data entry and management for issuing and sending invoices.

·       Communicating with clients to ensure balance agreement.

·       Electronic invoicing.

·       Maintaining accurate records of client accounts and payments.

·       Assisting in month-end and year-end financial closings.

·       Completion and timely submission of questionnaires sent by clients.

Required Qualifications

· to 3 years of experience in legal billing or professional services accounting.

·       Excellent use of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

·       Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.

·       Very good knowledge of ERP software (Soft1, CRM of Microsoft, etc.) and previous work experience in a law firm will be considered an asset.
