Key Responsibilities
**Sourcing Candidates**: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
**Screening Resumes**: Reviewing applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
**Conducting Interviews**: Engaging with candidates through phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
**Collaborating with Managers**: Working closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
**Managing the Recruitment Process**: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer and onboarding.
**Building Talent Pipelines**: Creating a pool of potential candidates for future openings, focusing on relationship building.
Skills Required
**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
**Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build relationships and assess cultural fit.
**Organizational Skills**: Managing multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
**Analytical Skills**: Evaluating candidates based on their skills and experiences.
Education and Experience
Typically, a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in recruitment or human resources is often required.
