About the Role

We are seeking a technically oriented Project Manager for a permanent position with one of our clients, a company specialising in integrated IT solutions. This role combines project management with hands-on technical delivery in SQL, reporting, and client consulting. The successful candidate will bridge business and technical needs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects, working closely with both clients and internal teams.
  • Gain deep knowledge of the product suite and support its implementation.
  • Configure, parametrise, and manage SQL databases for projects, including migrations and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical SQL solutions and present deliverables to clients.
  • Collect feedback from clients, oversee issue resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to management and commercial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with support and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure effective organisation, structure, and discipline in project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Technical Consultant.
  • Solid background in IT, with hands-on experience in SQL (implementation, parametrisation, reporting).
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, able to manage stakeholders and impose structure where needed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
  • Experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or solution delivery is highly valued.
