Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Metamorfosi for a Senior Presales Department Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for all the Presales related customer service, internal procedures and Quality Assurance Systems (ISO) coordination, projects registry handling, tender documents preparation, documentation quality control and department's communications. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to increase efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
The role aims to increase the department's efficiency and facilitate the pre-sales team in carrying out their duties by providing coordination and support in close collaboration with the Presales Manager.
Specifically, you will:
- Provide general administrative support to the Presales department, including organizing files and managing documentation.
- Handling the project's registry and the related procedures.
- Handling all oral and written communications of the department.
- Support the Presales team in their day-to-day back-office tasks and organization.
- Working in cooperation with other company's departments to maintain an appropriate level of readiness of all legal documents and documents supporting proving eligibility at public tenders.
- Being the single point of contact for the company's legal consultant for the preparation of the documentation required by public Tenders.
- Being the single point of contact for the company's QA (ISO) systems expert
- Keep track of the requests and inquiries of the department.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to be able to replace administrative staff of other departments when they are on leave or to provide additional support during periods of increased workload
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Any post-secondary degree leading to the specialization of Senior and Executive Secretary/Coordinator.
- Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP Programs)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Working experience as presales coordinator or secretariat of senior or executive staff for more than 3 years.
- Integrity, reliability and competence in handling sensitive cases that require confidentiality, accuracy and intensive attention.
- Organizational & Customer service skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Positive, let's get it done mentality.
Skills & Qualifications That Will Be Especially Valued
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or any other related field.
- Working experience gained in the Construction, Technical Consulting or System's Integration sector
- Experience working in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and by maintaining QA systems.
- Experience gained by working for the preparation of public Tenders in Greece
