Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic
Product Development Assistant
to join our Product Development team. The Product Development Assistant will support the team in managing product orders, reporting, and coordinating with suppliers. The role requires close collaboration with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate would be well organized, detail-oriented, flexible, with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

As a Product Development Assistant the candidate will get to work with our NPD team to support the full 360° development process of new products. More specifically:

  • Support and monitor new product orders.
  • Handle reporting and maintain product documentation.
  • Oversee and support regulatory procedures.
  • Work with ERP platforms to track processes.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers both in Greece and abroad.
  • Coordinate production-related tasks such as packaging, labels, bulk, and materials.
  • Assist in ensuring timelines are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Marketing or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
