Group Procurement Support

Coordinate and execute procurement activities to fulfill supply requests through the Bank's and Group's established Procurement and Demand Management framework.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Request Management

  • Verify completeness and accuracy of assigned procurement requests (SAP/SRM, Approved Business Case, Charge Account, etc.)
  • Update specifications, quantities, and implementation timelines through communication with Bank units and subsidiaries
  • Review requests to consolidate and group requirements
  • Recommend procurement strategies and preferred suppliers to supervisor

Tender Management

  • Organize and manage competitive procedures (RFP, RFQ, RFO) for the Bank and Group subsidiaries (domestic and international) within defined SLAs
  • Evaluate financial and commercial proposals, including payment terms
  • Conduct negotiations with potential suppliers
  • Prepare recommendation reports and support presentations to approval bodies

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Monitor procurement progress regularly and prepare related reports
  • Analyze procurement categories for managed goods and services
  • Support budget preparation for each category
  • Ensure compliance with current regulatory framework in collaboration with relevant Bank units

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent the Department internally and externally in procurement meetings
  • Propose process improvements to resolve issues and enhance service delivery

Requirements

Education

  • University degree, preferably in Science or Economics
  • Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in procurement and cost monitoring (required)
  • Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles (preferred)

Technical Skills

  • Certification in financial auditing and procurement (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office and Bank systems (SAP ERP, SRM, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
