Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for a highly motivated
Business Intelligence Engineer
to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities
:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS.
  • Design and implement data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
  • Build, enhance, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather BI requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a BI Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL processes
  • Solid understanding of data modeling methodologies and data warehousing practices
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting
  • Strong programming skills in SQL, with additional knowledge of Python or R a plus.
  • Experience developing robust, well-structured data models to support analytics and insight

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Data Factory, Databricks, Spark
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data platforms
