Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Specialist located in Gerakas. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing bid processes, tender management, bid preparation, and proposal writing. Daily tasks include preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all communication related to bids is clear and effective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation
  • Experience in Proposal Writing and effective Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience in the engineering or services industry is advantageous
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge espacially Word and Excel
  • Located in Athens Metropolitan Area
