Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή λειτουργία των επιχειρησιακών εφαρμογών, με έμφαση στο SAP FI.
  • Επιλύει τυχόν προβλήματα ή δυσλειτουργίες που προκύπτουν στις επιχειρησιακές εφαρμογές
  • Συνεργάζεται με τους επιχειρησιακούς χρήστες καθώς και με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την υλοποίηση διορθώσεων
  • Καταγράφει και αναλύει τα περιστατικά καθώς και τις διαδικασίες επίλυσής τους
  • Στοχεύει στην πρόληψη πιθανών δυσλειτουργιών
  • Συντάσσει αναφορές για την απόδοση των εφαρμογών, την επίλυση περιστατικών και τους δείκτες υποστήριξης
  • Προτείνει βελτιώσεις και διαδικασίες που ενισχύουν την αποδοτικότητα, την αξιοπιστία και τη συνολική λειτουργία των εφαρμογών

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Πληροφορικής, Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων ή Λογιστικής (με κατεύθυνση σε Πληροφοριακά Συστήματα ή ERP)
  • 2-3 έτη εμπειρία Εμπειρία σε θέση υποστήριξης εφαρμογών
  • Εμπειρία σε SAP FI modules και κατανόηση των σχετικών επιχειρησιακών ροών
  • Γνώση Ms Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Πιστοποιήσεις σε SAP FI (επιθυμητές)
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση JIRA για διαχείριση αιτημάτων και έργων (επιθυμητή)
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε SAP IS-U και Microsoft CRM
  • Γνώσεις προγραμματισμού (π.χ. αναγνώριση και έλεγχος κώδικα για debugging) επιθυμητές
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλοντα με διασυνδέσεις μεταξύ συστημάτων (π.χ. SAP Dynamics) επιθυμητή
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών & Ελληνικών (σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο)
