We are currently looking to hire for our Headquarters in Athens:

Group IT Business Application Specialist

The role is Office based and reports to ΙΤ Infrastructure Head

Main Responsibilities

  • 1st and 2nd Level Support of all Group IT Core/Central Business Applications, support and training of end users in their daily operations.
  • Ensures the smooth operation & functional performance of core IT Business Applications, mainly SAP, HIS, LIS-RIS, BI reporting platform and PACS.
  • Resolves issues/tickets related to core business applications, performs the required technical configurations, provides feedback & support to Business Users.
  • Coordinates with local IT support people (both in-house and outsourcing) on the Sites in Business Application issues and implementation/deployment of relevant projects to the Sites.
  • Coordinates with external IT consultants, developers or engineers (if needed) in order to resolve technical issues and configure core applications according to business requirements.
  • Proposes improvements in the operation & functionalities of Business Applications in order to meet business needs and resolve problems.
  • Participates in the designing, executing & coordinating relevant Business Applications projects at Group-wide span: communicate with Business Units and analyze business needs, document specifications, customize/implement solution in the system, check deliverables and project schedule, support end users in testing and production start, create user manuals.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science-Engineering or similar academic discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong technical knowhow and experience in SQL (coding, queries, databases).

Desired
Qualifications

  • Experience and know-how in the Healthcare Services Sector (primary and secondary Healthcare Services).
  • Familiarity with ERP, HIS, RIS, RIS, PACS and BI Business Applications.
  • Technical knowhow in Microsoft PowerBI platform and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment.
