Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

·      Σχεδιασμός και εκτέλεση της στρατηγικής e-commerce της Admiral.

·      Πλήρης διαχείριση και βελτιστοποίηση της πλατφόρμας Magento.

·      Επίβλεψη καθημερινής λειτουργίας e-shop (παραγγελίες, αποθέματα, πληρωμές, επιστροφές).

·      Διασφάλιση άριστης εμπειρίας πελάτη (UX/UI, mobile-first, speed optimization).

·      Διαχείριση προϊόντων: κατηγορίες, περιγραφές, τιμές, προσφορές, προωθητικές ενέργειες.

·      Συνεργασία με digital marketing για καμπάνιες (Google Ads, Meta Ads, newsletters).

·      SEO/SEM optimization και ανάπτυξη οργανικής επισκεψιμότητας.

·      Ενσωμάτωση εργαλείων CRM, automation και personalization στο Magento.

·      Παρακολούθηση KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS).

·      Reporting σε Διοίκηση με data-driven insights για ανάπτυξη πωλήσεων.

·      Συνεργασία με IT/Developers για τεχνικές αναβαθμίσεις και ασφάλεια πλατφόρμας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

·      Πτυχίο σε Marketing, Business Administration, ή συναφή τομέα.

·      Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 4 ετών σε ρόλο e-commerce, με hands-on εμπειρία στο Magento.

·      Εξαιρετική γνώση λειτουργιών και customization της πλατφόρμας Magento.

·      Ικανότητα διαχείρισης project και συνεργασίας με developers/IT.

·      Εμπειρία σε SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta Ads.

·      Καλή γνώση εργαλείων reporting, CRO και digital analytics.

·      Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον

·      Εμπειρία σε retail ή fashion/sports industry.

·      Γνώση άλλων e-commerce CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce).

·      Κατανόηση performance marketing & affiliate networks.

·      Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης με data-driven mindset.
