Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on the eCommerce platform.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Market Research to find new trending products to sell.
• Create and update product pages.
• Assist customers with inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data to provide insights and feedback for enhancing operations.

• Communicate with Influencers to send products for videos and advertising creations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or eCommerce is a plus.

• Previous experience in an eCommerce or retail environment is preferred.
• English Language is a must
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about eCommerce trends.
