RequirementsResponsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on the eCommerce platform.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Market Research to find new trending products to sell.
- Create and update product pages.
- Assist customers with inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and feedback for enhancing operations.
Communicate with Influencers to send products for videos and advertising creations.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or eCommerce is a plus.
- Previous experience in an eCommerce or retail environment is preferred.
- English Language is a must
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about eCommerce trends.
