Your everyday work-life

  • Processing of bank statements and data entry in Excel & SAP
  • Reconciliation of store cash statements and alignment with SAP
  • Credit card reconciliations and verification through SAP
  • Daily communication with stores and resolution of cash discrepancies
  • Review and clearing of intercompany accounts, identification of open items, and preparation of related journal entries
  • Communication with bank payments department and stores to resolve discrepancies and reconcile cash through various payment methods (ticket compliments, cash, cards)

As an ideal fit, you should have

  • Accuracy & attention to detail for proper transaction entry and reconciliation
  • Organizational skills & time management – to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
  • Communication & collaboration – with banks, stores, and internal departments
  • SAP knowledge preferred for entries and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)
  • Understanding of banking procedures
  • Ability to prepare adjustment entries and monitor open items
