We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee the financial strategy and operations of our clients internationally expanding company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, accounting, and business planning, preferably with experience in the food production or export sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Analyze financial data and forecast short- and long-term cash flows
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets aligned with corporate objectives
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on business strategy
  • Provide financial insights and proposals to improve profitability and reduce operational costs

2. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financing needs
  • Supervise high-level cash planning (receivables/payables management oversight)
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Oversee credit lines, factoring, and financial instruments

3. Cost & Profitability Analysis

  • Design costing models per product, client, or distribution channel
  • Analyze gross and net profit margins per business unit
  • Support pricing strategy through financial modeling and break-even analysis

4. Investment Project Support

  • Evaluate the financial viability of new projects and investments
  • Prepare financial sections of applications for grants or development incentives
  • Perform ROI, payback period, and sensitivity analysis

5. Internal Audit & Process Control

  • Develop and implement internal audit procedures for financial and operational controls
  • Monitor compliance with internal financial policies and risk management frameworks
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions
  • Report directly to the CEO and/or Board on key financial and compliance risks
