Job Summary:

As a Junior Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promptly resolving queries to enhance their overall experience. Success in this position involves providing effective communication, demonstrating a strong understanding of our platform, and building positive relationships with our customers to ensure they have an outstanding betting experience. This role is pivotal in fostering customer loyalty and contributing to the organization's growth and reputation.

Responsibilities:

Prompt Query Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their concerns regarding account-related questions, payment issues, and betting assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via various channels (e.g., email, chat) to provide accurate information and assistance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Platform Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our platform, including its features, functionalities, and betting processes, to effectively assist customers and troubleshoot any issues they encounter.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions, aiming to exceed their expectations and enhance customer loyalty.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement or customer support enhancement, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Update costumer database.

Always stay updated with the company's product, promos, policy, and changes as required.

Liaised with other departments (Fraud, Finance, IT, Marketing, Trading)

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems.

(Previous experience in a similar customer support role will be considered a strong plus)

Fluent in English language.

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and profesional manner.
