Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Athens, Greece. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. They will also conduct detailed analysis to support strategic decisions and play a key role in driving growth for the company. The role allows a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration at the Athens office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in lead generation and the ability to identify potential opportunities
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive market research
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in team settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the real estate or development industry is a plus

Comission 100% based opportunity and hybrid salary options available.
