, μια καινοτόμος και ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενη εταιρεία στον κλάδο της διαχείρισης και προώθησης τουριστικών καταλυμάτων σε όλη την Ελλάδα, αναζητά έναν/μια δυναμικό/ή και επικοινωνιακό/ή Junior Hospitality Operations Associate με σχετική εμπειρία να ενισχύσει την ομάδα μας.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:

· Διαχείριση και βελτιστοποίηση καταχωρήσεων για τουριστικά καταλύματα σε ηλεκτρονικές πλατφόρμες (όπως Airbnb, , Vrbo κ.ά.).

· Δημιουργία ισχυρών σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με πελάτες, προσφέροντας άμεση και εξατομικευμένη υποστήριξη.

· Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση κρατήσεων, διαθεσιμότητας και στοιχείων ακινήτων μέσω συστημάτων PMS / Channel Manager.

· Συνεργασία με ομάδες εξωτερικών συνεργατών για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των λειτουργιών των καταλυμάτων.

· Αντιμετώπιση προκλήσεων με ευελιξία και προτάσεις για την συνεχή βελτίωση των διαδικασιών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

· Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ ή ισοδύναμο.

· Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά).

· Εμπειρία στη χρήση εργαλείων όπως Microsoft Office και συστημάτων διαχείρισης ακινήτων (PMS).

· Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση στο κλάδο της φιλοξενίας.

· Σχετική εμπειρία στον κλάδο της διαχείρισης τουριστικών καταλυμάτων.

· Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον με προσανατολισμό στο αποτέλεσμα.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

· Κατανόηση του κλάδου της βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης και των απαιτήσεών του.

· Δεξιότητες στρατηγικής σκέψης και λήψης αποφάσεων.
