Deine Aufgaben 

  • Telefonische Beratung & Betreuung von Vodafone-Kunden (Inbound). 
  • Beantwortung von Fragen zu Verträgen und Produkten. 
  • Aktiver Vertrieb durch Up- & Cross-Selling. 
  • Dokumentation der Kundenanliegen im System. 

Dein Profil 

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. 
  • Freude am Verkauf und an der Beratung. 
  • Quereinsteiger sind willkommen. 
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise. 

Deine Vorteile 

  • Monatliches Gesamtgehalt von 1.550 € brutto € Grundgehalt und 300 € Bonus) bei regulärer Leistung auf Vollzeitbasis, 40 Stunden.  
  • Bei überdurchschnittlicher Leistung kann ein Bonus von mehr als 1.000 € brutto monatlich erzielt werden – nach oben ohne Begrenzung. 
  • Unbefristeter Vertrag und 100% Home Office – keine Büroanwesenheitspflicht.
