Wenn du fließend Deutsch sprichst und eine Hybrid-Position in Athen suchst, ist das deine Chance Deine Aufgaben• Du bearbeitest eingehende Anrufe und unterstützt Kund:innen bei bankbezogenen Fragen• Du erkennst Bedürfnisse und bietest passende Lösungen an• Du baust Vertrauen durch klare und professionelle Kommunikation auf• Du gibst präzise Informationen mit Hilfe interner Tools weiter• Du erreichst persönliche und Team-Ziele• Du dokumentierst Kundeninteraktionen sorgfältig• Du hältst interne Prozesse, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards ein Dein Profil• Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau (oder sehr nah dran)• Kommunikationsstark, gutes Zuhören und flexibel im Umgang• Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist ein Plus• Gute Computerkenntnisse (MS Office von Vorteil)• Lernbereitschaft, Organisationstalent & Multitasking-Fähigkeiten• Teamplayer mit hohem Servicegedanken• Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (inkl.
