Στην Optima factors, αναζητούμε δυναμικό και οργανωτικό στέλεχος για το λογιστήριο, με εξειδίκευση στο factoring. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα έχει ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, εμπειρία στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα και άριστη γνώση των διαδικασιών factoring.
Κύριες αρμοδιότητες
- Παρακολούθηση και καταχώρηση συναλλαγών factoring
- Συμφωνία λογαριασμών και διαχείριση εισπράξεων
- Υποστήριξη στις διαδικασίες ελέγχου και φορολογικής συμμόρφωσης
- Συνεργασία με εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά τμήματα για την ορθή ροή των οικονομικών δεδομένων.
Απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες
- Πτυχίο Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου (π.χ. Οικονομικής Επιστήμης, Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικής)
- Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών σε σχετικό αντικείμενο (π.χ. Finance, Accounting)
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε factoring ή σε λογιστήριο χρηματοοικονομικού οργανισμού
- Ικανότητες ανάλυσης, ακρίβεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- 2-5 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Πολύ καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων και προθεσμιών.
