Scope:

We are looking for an
Accounts Payable Supervisor
.

If you're an expert in
AP
, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and vendor payments, we'd like to meet you. Also, managerial skills are important for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

·   Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and compliance with internal controls.

·       Supervise the Accounts payable team, providing leadership, training and performance management.

·       Manage the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, including coding and payment runs

·       Ensure proper reconciliation between invoices and myDATA platform.

·       Manage vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.

·       Coordinate month-end closing activities related to AP, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

·       Prepare accounts payable reports for management.

·       Review and improve accounts payable processes and controls.

·       Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

· years of working experience in a supervisory role.

·       Proven experience in managing and developing a team.

·       Hands-on involvement in ERP transitions (implementation, migration, upgrade) will be considered as a plus.

·       Experience in processes automation or digital transformation projects.

·       Experience in internal controls and process reengineering will be considered a plus.

·       Strong attention to detail.

·       Team working skills.

·       Written and verbal communication skills.
