We are looking for a
Sales Account Manager
to join our high caliber team.

Your Role
As Sales Account Manager, you will drive growth and build strong relationships in the
pharmaceutical software sector
. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Develop and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with pharmaceutical clients
  • Present and demonstrate the key benefits of our pharma software solutions
  • Discuss software needs and suggest the most suitable solutions
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the pharma sector
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve business goals
  • Provide sales reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities efficiently
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to enhance sales strategies

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions), with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector
  • Knowledge of software solutions for the pharmaceutical industry or pharmacies will be considered an asset
  • Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
