Your Role

As Cook B' (Commis II), you are instrumental in setting the stage for culinary excellence. You meticulously ensure the kitchen is well-prepared, assessing materials and equipment for optimal functionality in preparing the daily menu. Your expertise shines as you handle hot appetizers, grilled dishes, and intricate garnishes with precision.

Your attention to detail extends to monitoring cooking parameters such as temperatures and baking times, ensuring every dish meets exacting standards. Hygiene is paramount under your supervision, with sanitized work surfaces and the meticulous use of clean utensils and equipment. In addition to your culinary responsibilities, you manage inventory related to your preparations, ensuring efficient stock control. Collaborating seamlessly with kitchen and warehouse teams, under the guidance of the Chef or Sous Chef/Commis I, you contribute to a harmonious and efficient kitchen environment dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

This position involves a FULL-TIME contract.

Professional Qualifications & Skills:

  • Culinary Expertise
  • Accomplished professional with 2 years of Experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (additional foreign language skills preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Physical Stamina and Mobility
  • Well-Organized and constantly alert Mentality
