Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, strengthen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery to support customer operations.
  • Resolve after-sales service issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute technical expertise to processing lines and production solutions, aligning with customer goals.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to coordinate sales, service, and technical activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Food Technology.
  • Strong expertise in process engineering.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Softone).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
