- Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 18:30
- Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 to 19:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
- Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Ensure Client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy;
- Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- Dutch C1/C2 | English B2 or higher
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work remotely or on-site in Athens
Benefits:
- 14 salaries per year (12 monthly + 1 at Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)

Relocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad):
- 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office

- Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to start
- Must work on-site for the first 3 months, unless already living in Greece with internet access
Not included:
- Airport pickup or transportation from airport to hotel
- Real estate agency assistance after the initial 3 weeks
