Cerved Property Services (CPS), part of the Cerved Group, is one of the largest real estate companies in Greece. We bring together a highly experienced and certified team that delivers best-in-class services across key real estate domains: Valuations, Asset Management, Energy & Property Facilities Management, Market Research & Analytics, and Technical Projects.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to act as the primary local contact for all HR and compliance matters. The role will support both local leadership and the Cerved Group HR function in shaping and executing people strategies aligned with business goals and employee experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with people managers to support their teams and help deliver business strategy
  • Act as the local liaison to capture employee needs around learning, talent development, compensation, etc., and collaborate with Group HR to deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure full compliance with Greek labour law across all HR processes (e.g. contracts, HR admin, external partners)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: from job posting and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and feedback
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize HR systems

Ideal Profile

  • University degree in Law, Economics, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably as an HR Business Partner) in a large corporate group
  • Solid knowledge of Greek labour law and administrative processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic, proactive, and business-minded
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Fluent in:

  • English (required)
  • Greek (required)
  • Italian (preferred)

Location: Athens (occasional travel within Greece or abroad may be required)
