The role
You will be joining a dynamic HR setup, where you'll work closely with experienced HR professionals including support from Skroutz Group's HR team. Together, we are shaping EveryPay's next chapter. The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be a strategic partner to EveryPay's leadership, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's ambitious growth goals. This role will act as a trusted advisor, a coach to managers, and an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive and high-performing work environment. The Senior HRBP will be crucial in translating business objectives into effective HR practices, particularly in a dynamic and technology-driven environment. As a Senior HRBP you will be directly reporting to Everypay's CEO while being coached by Skroutz HR Manager.
What will you be doing
Strategic HR Partnership
Serve as a strategic partner and consultant to EveryPay's senior leadership and managers on all HR-related matters
- Collaborate with business units to understand their objectives and develop people strategies that support business growth and innovation
Translate business needs into HR priorities and deliver effective solutions in areas such as talent management, organizational design, and change management
Talent Management & Development
Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development
- Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to retain top talent
Develop and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth within the company
Employee Relations & Culture
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees

HR Operations & Analytics
Lead and participate in HR projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where the company operates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant to the field Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Senior HRBP, ideally within the technology or fintech industry
- Deep understanding of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in managing change projects and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
