We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, that will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's success by partnering with leaders, managers, and employees to drive effective HR strategies and initiatives. Responsible for implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing employee relations and providing HR support to enhance workforce effectiveness and support organizational goals within business units.

The right incumbent will act as a strategic consultant, fostering a culture of high-performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. Role's responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR, including organization design, talent acquisition and management, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborates with senior leadership to assess and develop the organization's structure and roles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyzes workforce trends, provide recommendations for optimizing organizational effectiveness, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Develops workforce plans to address current and future talent needs, working closely with business leaders to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Identifies skills gaps and create strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Partners with the leadership team to provide HR insights and solutions that drive effective decision-making and people strategies.
  • Offers guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and coaching to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Develops and implement strategies for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent.
  • Leads efforts in sourcing, attracting, and hiring diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Facilitates internal mobility opportunities to encourage career growth and development within the organization.
  • Identifies high-potential employees and work with leadership to build robust succession plans.
  • Collaborates with managers to set performance expectations and targets that align with business goals.
  • Implements performance management processes that promote continuous feedback and growth.
  • Oversees the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with employee development goals.
  • Identifies training needs, design learning programs, and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with 3+ years in HR business partner or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning, organization design, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Greek & English (both verbal & written).
