Οι ρόλοι: PMO Manager, Lead, Consultant, PM

Job Level: junior - middle – senior

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου:

  • Σχεδιασμός, εγκαθίδρυση και λειτουργία Γραφείου Διακυβέρνησης Έργων (Project Management Office – PMO), συμπεριλαμβανομένου του πλαισίου διακυβέρνησης, της οργανωτικής δομής και των σχετικών ρόλων και διαδικασιών.
  • Σχεδιασμός και έναρξη έργων με την ανάπτυξη χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, τον ορισμό στόχων και τη συγκρότηση ομάδων έργου.
  • Δημιουργία ολοκληρωμένων σχεδίων έργου (project plans), επιλογή κατάλληλων μεθοδολογιών και εργαλείων διαχείρισης, και σχεδιασμός πλάνων επικοινωνίας.
  • Καθορισμός KPIs και μεθόδων παρακολούθησης της πορείας των έργων, καθώς και παραγωγή αναφορών προόδου και απόδοσης.
  • Διαχείριση και συντονισμός ομάδων έργου, παρακολούθηση προϋπολογισμού, προόδου, κινδύνων και θεμάτων που επηρεάζουν την υλοποίηση.
  • Διαχείριση αλλαγών, τροποποιήσεων στα πλάνα έργων και διαρκής επικοινωνία με εμπλεκόμενους φορείς για την ορθή πληροφόρηση και ευθυγράμμιση.
Requirements

Βασικά προσόντα ιδανικών υποψηφίων:

  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχους ρόλους σε διαχείριση έργων και προγραμμάτων πληροφορικής.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε οργανωμένα Γραφεία Διαχείρισης Έργων (PMO), με κατανόηση των σχετικών πλαισίων, διαδικασιών και εργαλείων
  • Εξειδικευμένη τεχνογνωσία στον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή μεθοδολογιών PMO και εργαλείων project management.
  • Δεξιότητες διαχείρισης και καθοδήγησης ομάδων έργου και PMO προσωπικού, καθώς και σύνθετων IT έργων.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ρίσκων, στην παραγωγή αναφορών και στον καθορισμό KPIs και δεικτών απόδοσης.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε περιβάλλοντα με ταχύ ρυθμό, με έμφαση στη στοχοθεσία, την ευελιξία και τα μετρήσιμα αποτελέσματα.
  • Επιθυμητή πιστοποίηση σε Project Management και/ή Agile μεθοδολογίες.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θεωρείται πρόσθετο προσόν.
