What you will do:

  • Lead the
    administration, maintenance, and optimization
    of Nova's websites and digital portals, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Manage and develop content using CMS platforms, whith a focus on skills in
    HTML, JS & CSS.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Product) to deliver digital initiatives, campaigns, and new features.
  • Boost our website's visibility by employing effective SEO strategies.
  • Use
    analytics, reporting, and insights
    , to provide recommendations for CR improvements.
  • Align with our digital marketing activities, ensuring web content is compelling and aids customer engagement at every stage of their journey.
  • Stay up to date with
    emerging technologies, security standards, and digital trends
    to ensure Nova remains competitive online.

It would be great if you have:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    as a Web Administrator, Web Manager, or similar role (telecommunications or high-traffic B2C experience preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS and CMS.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for data analysis.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant software.
  • Experience with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with clear and effective communication skills.
