Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
(Rotational shifts, full-time position)
Are you a fluent Croatian speaker with a passion for helping others? We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join a growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide information about products, services, and order status
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service
Fluent in Croatian (C1 or above)
Good level of English (for internal communication)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
Must be legally eligible to work in Greece and reside there
Stable full-time contract
