Our Team is growing and we are looking for a skilled Service Owner to join our dynamic team. The Service Owner is responsible for the overall management and development of a specific IT service. The role involves close collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to ensure services deliver maximum value to users and meet business needs.

More specifically, you will :
  • Manage the IT service lifecycle from planning to maintenance and decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to define requirements and develop services.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement service improvement strategies.
  • Manage the service budget and resources.
  • Provide technical and operational support for problem resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Banking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with customers and suppliers – team spirit.
  • Familiarity with modern information and communication technologies.
  • Project management skills and familiarity with related methodologies/techniques.
  • Knowledge of Information Security principles.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and computers in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • A sense of responsibility when handling sensitive information.
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
  • Experience in designing and operating complex information systems.
  • Experience with ticketing software.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in banking operations and processes as well as banking IT applications.
  • Training in IT service management and the requirements of the ISO 20000 standard.
